That's The Power of Lysol

In the wee waking hours of the morning, Spencer and I awoke to the lemon scent of Lysol. I really didn't think about it, but Spencer got up right away. The oldest two crazies had locked themselves in the downstairs bathroom. One had Lysol, the other a can of aerosol hairspray and they were taking turns spraying each other down...as well as the rest of the bathroom. By the time Spencer got downstairs, they had emptied a half bottle of Lysol and an entire can of hairspray. AND spackled the toilet seat and door with Garnier Surf Hair Texture Paste.

They of course didn't know it was dangerous, but they DID know it was naughty. It doesn't appear that any permanent damage was done.

AHHHH! Those mischievous little monkeys!

They ARE little monkeys. I bet two little boys so close together in age do get into a lot of mischief.

Oh my gosh! And no pictures???
Katie, thanks for your nice post about Erika finding a job so fast. You are right, what first seemed so scary and devastating, turned out to be a huge blessing. I didn't want you to think she was fired though. She and several others, were laid off. They hated to let her go. And her boss was crying when she told her. They love her, and she is a hard worker for them, and always has been. But she when she stepped down from management to have Noah, she was able to keep her pay, and they had to let p/t high paid people go. All the stores are laying off. So sad. But in the end, she is so happy, as she has been wanting to make a change, and this gave her the push she needed!
Love ya,
Kris

wow-I don't look forward to that-especially in the middle of the night/early morning! :) One more reason I'm nervous about toddler beds...but know I will have to change eventually. Ellie is just the type of character who I know will be into this kind of thing...

That's hilarious. I'll ne honest, that still sounds fun to me. I'd be right there with them flinging surf hair across the room.

Hey! Just thought I'd let you know, my wife is having her baby, (well, she's been induced but nothings progressing) We're at Presby in Dallas. I'm glad your kids are okay! Fun adventures that lie in store for me, I'm sure!

BOYS!! That is funny... I'm sure it wasn't at that moment, but geeeez... only boys! Derek had a similar incident recently, but with Elmers glue. A whole bottle all over him and the kitchen table. NICE!
