It is killing me. Annie is so off. She is up at 5 am now and going to bed a 630. Little Ross is still staying up late. My kids are not doing well at all.
I do tend to put them to bed a bit earlier (the girls at least..) because they are so cranky, but really, I don't like it much because the are up early....ugh... It's nice to have them to bed a little earlier, but I am soooo not a morning person- that part stinks!
I totally do. When it gets dark my kids ask if it's bed time and of course I'm like yep go get jammies on and get in bed. And now that Lauren and Ethan are a bit older, if they wake up too early they just turn on cartoons until I get up. Chase on the other hand, not so much. But yes, love daylight savings.
I seem to be in agreement with everyone else. Love that Hannah seems ready to get her bath and bedtime done earlier, but HATING the fact that she and me can't really seem to sleep past 6am right now. It wouldn't be so frustrating right now if it wasn't for the fact that within days I could have a newborn and who knows how much sleep, if any, I will be getting!
Hey! I totally do that, but for me it backfires... Now Madi gets up an hour earlier!! Dang these kids with their internal clocks. I'm hoping she'll slowly adjust..
Heck ya, gotta love Daylight Savings. My kids have not been eating dinner well this past week, and being the smart mom that I am, finally figured out (someone pointed out to me) it's because of the time change! (duh!) their regular dinner time they have been snacking and then don't eat dinner!
You betcha! Now that it gets darker earlier they tend to be asleep BY 8pm. I love the fall/winter months when it is darker earlier. My boys really don't pay much attention to the time yet. I think I have a few more years that I can get away with it. This is such a fun question. The responses are so fun to read.

I absolutely use it to my advantage...they used to go to bed at 8 pm, now they're asleep by 7:30! Yay!

Amen, Sister! I love the darkness earlier for that reason, but arising in the am isn't so fun!

I wish Emma has been waking up at the same time only now that the time has changed it is an hour earlier. ugh

uh yeaH!
I would if mine was tired! We seem to do bath time earlier, but he won't go to bed earlier than 8:30 or 9! I hate it. And he's up about 5:45!
Thanks for the compliments on Olivias costume....it means a lot coming from the QUEEN of home made costumes!
