Splish! Splash! Splosh!

My friend Megan invited my kids and I over for a swim today. I'm pretty proud of myself for braving the swimming pool with three crazies in tote. I passed with flying colors...which means none of my kids drowned. Rachel came with her kids, too. Nothing like a good swim to entertain my kids on an otherwise cranky day...not to mention wipe them out for a good afternoon nap. Thanks again! My kids love this...which means I love it, too.

Megan's cute kids:
By the way, here's the conversation Parker and I had while getting ready. I told Parker we were going to Anna's pool, this was his reply: Oh Anna's? She's beautiful. (Yep, she is.) And her mom is beautiful, too. (Yep, she is. What about her dad?) He's just awesome. And Blake.

Anna
the Beautiful

Blake
After leaving the pool with a diaper full of water.

Rachel's cute kids:

Ethan
He's two years older than Parker, but is still so nice to him. Parker thinks he's the greatest thing ever.

Lauren
Who Reid refers to as "my Lauren"
even though she's Parker's age.

Amelia
Who's even cuter than cute with a Cheetoh face

My cute kids:
Who you already know and love.

By the way...I know what one of your goals is to get started with your food storage. Mine is as well. My sister just told me that you can order some food storage off of lds.org .. AWESOME. I just ordered a starter pack..it beans and crap like that in it with a recipe book and starter info. Its under provident living if you are interested.

Fun day at the pool. How do you manage to not lose it with three kids in a body of water! oh my! I must learn how to do this. At Derek's bday party hannah walked right off the first step of the pool straight under water! she hasnt had swimming lessons yet.
I can't get over how much Reid looks like you! Such a strong resemblance! They are all so adorable.

Those are such great pictures. I love Parker sunbathing. And the one of Grayden turned to the side looks so much like Parker to me. Its so chilly here-its hard to even think of swimming. That is something to be proud of-3 small kiddos and no drowning-nice work, Ma!

LOVE the pool pics. They look like they had a blast. What cute kiddos. My kiddos where actually out in my backyard kiddy pool and slide along with about 4 or 5 other neighborhood kids and it was getting pretty crowded! We broke down and bought a bigger one that we will put up today.
Maybe this kidney thing will give me the shove that I need to be able to fit into a bathing suit by summertime....we'll see.

Wow- I am always impressed at the number of comments you always get! :) I'm usually lucky to get 4- but I don't know as many blogging people- and I have several family members that do read mine, but don't comment for whatever weird reason.

The pool looks really fun! Good for you for braving it! It is almost swimming weather here. It has actually been cold the last couple weeks- barely getting to 65 if we are lucky, but it will be 80 by memorial day! :) Summer is almost here! Yay!

Too fun. I love the pics of Grayden. This is just the first of many more trips to the pool in Texas. I'm glad your only moving 5 minutes away. I love your blog.
