When Mom comes to visit she usually insists on helping with a project. This time she only got as far as the funding. (Thanks Mom.) She paid for the supplies but the trip was just too short. So I did it myself the very next day.
I bought this gem of a toy box at a garage sale last summer for $2.
After a little spray paint and piecing together some pillows...BAM!
I'm especially pleased with the green and white chevron patterned pillow. My intentions were not to piece the pillows, but I couldn't find fabric I liked so I decided to take matters into my own hands.
Do you love it as much as me? I use it as a drop box for shoes and backpacks so they don't clutter my kitchen floor. (Theoretically.)
